Cultivating Vibrant Relationships: Light up your Life with a Great Career (Part 2)

Aside from cultivating vibrant relationships in your career, choosing a career that will allow you to experience that which helps you become wealthier (not just financially) should be a priority.

At a minimum, the work you choose to do will become an opportunity to:

  • Take care of your needs and your family’s needs.
  •  Experience personal growth and fulfillment.
  •  Mentor and guide others on their journeys.
  •  Continue to expand your skills and grow stronger.
These are four benefits to inspire, guide, and gravitate all people toward realizing how much their work, regardless of what it is, matters. It not only brings dignity, but it also becomes a catalyst for growth.

The personal development skills that you can bring to your work lead to awareness of opportunities, as well as promote thought leadership that helps you to thrive in your environment.

The employment finding agency, Indeed, has this to share about personal development and its importance in building upon and establishing a career you are engaged in. "Personal development skills are important because they allow you to create strategic and tactical plans for personal and professional growth towards your goals.”

They go on to share what skill development can do for a person’s career satisfaction, including:

  • Achieving personal and career goals.
  •  Advancing in your career.
  •  Improving your strengths and talents.
  •  Bettering yourself.
  •  Finding fulfillment and satisfaction.
Developing and enhancing on that which can serve you positively at work is important. How can you improve on areas such as (All of the below points are discussed at length in The CREED WAY):
